Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how MCFG Billing handles information when providing subscriber management, billing, client portal and notification services, including its optional Gmail integration. For privacy questions, contact marvinqmarvida@gmail.com.
1. Information used by the service
MCFG Billing processes information supplied by participating internet service providers, their authorized staff and subscribers. This may include names, account numbers, contact details, service plans, billing periods, balances, payment records and notification content. It also processes account permissions, session information and operational records needed to run and secure the service.
Your internet service provider manages the subscriber records it enters into MCFG Billing. Contact that provider for corrections to your bill, service details or subscriber contact information.
2. Google and Gmail access
- Identity: The
openidandemailpermissions identify the connected Google account and verify its email address. We store the connected email address and a hashed account identifier for connection management and sending limits. - Sending: The
gmail.sendpermission sends messages and attachments, such as welcome guides, billing reminders, payment receipts and service interruption or restoration notices, according to authorized users' actions and notification settings. - Authorization: Google provides authorization tokens so the service can send configured notifications without requiring a new login for every message. We do not receive or store your Google password.
This integration does not request permission to read your inbox, search existing messages, access contacts or delete Gmail messages. Outgoing recipient addresses, message text and PDF attachments are provided by billing records and notification settings, rather than retrieved from your inbox.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate billing and subscriber services, personalize and deliver authorized notifications, display connection status, enforce permissions and sending limits, investigate failures and protect the service against misuse. Sending records may include a job identifier, branch, hashed mailbox identifier, timestamp and outcome.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. MCFG Billing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing and access
When Gmail is selected, outgoing message content, recipient addresses and attachments are transmitted to Google for delivery and to the intended recipients. Authorized company and branch staff can access billing and integration information within their assigned permissions. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as necessary to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
Other enabled integrations, such as SMS providers, process the information needed for the channels selected by an administrator. Connecting Gmail alone does not enable those channels or share your Google authorization tokens with them. We do not permit human access to Google user data except with your affirmative agreement for specific support, as necessary for security or to comply with applicable law.
5. Storage and protection
Gmail connection credentials, including refresh tokens, are encrypted in server-side storage. The public service uses HTTPS. Access to administrative functions is controlled by authentication and role permissions. Operational records and backups support service recovery. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention, disconnecting and deletion
Connection information is retained while the branch's Gmail integration remains connected. Selecting Disconnect Gmail in that branch's Integrations settings removes its stored Gmail authorization credentials from the active connection record and cancels its queued Gmail notifications. This does not delete billing records, historical sending records, messages already delivered or connections belonging to other branches.
You can also revoke MCFG Billing's Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access may affect other branches using the same Google authorization.
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by MCFG Billing, email marvinqmarvida@gmail.com with your company or branch and the account concerned. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens. We may verify your identity and authority before processing a request. Billing, sending and security records may be retained where needed for service operations, disputes or legal obligations. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are rotated or removed; disconnecting does not immediately erase backup copies. We will explain any retention limitations when responding to a deletion request.
7. Your choices
Connecting Gmail requires your Google consent. You may decline, disconnect or revoke access. Authorized administrators choose which notification types and channels are enabled. Subscribers can contact their service provider about notification preferences and corrections to their records.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
